In the name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful.
Ya Ali Madad and Ramadan Mubarak! This post for the auspicious ninth night of Holy Ramadan has five parts:
Part 1: Teaching of Imam NOOR Mowlana Shah Mustansir bi'l-laah II (a.s.)
In Pir Pandiyat-i Jawanmardi, Imam NOOR Mowlana Shah Mustansir bi'l-laah II (a.s.) teaches us about the recognition of the Noah of our time:
| "Some people appeal to God while they have no knowledge of the Imam of their time, or oppose him. They should enter the Ark of Noah of the time because all other ships will be drowned. Therefore, follow the (spiritual) authority and your leader, so that you may sit in the house of the Truth, entering the Ark of the Noah of your time, and reaching the land safely. That authority, that Noah of your time, is the Imam of your time. Know him, and enter the Ark of Noah, i.e. the path of his preaching (tariqa'i dawat-i u), so that your faith may become perfect and your souls may become safe from calamities. The house which has no windows or openings remains dark. Similarly, the heart of one who does not know the Imam of his time, who is the sun of that period, remains dark, without light and enlightenment. It always remains in darkness of irritation and enmity. Darkness causes one suffering and to stray from the path, becoming lost." (p.29) |
Part 2: Teaching of Pir Shams (r.a.)
In the following verses of ginan, Ab teri mahobat laagi mere Saheb, Pir Shams (r.a.) teaches to seek inner vision of the Truth, which is none other than the Luminous (Noorani) Face of the Holy Imam:
| Kholo parda, sanmukh dekho Has has mukh dikhlaavo mere Saheb Ab teri mahobat laagi |

| O my Lord! Open the curtain and look at me face to face. Bless me with the sight of Your smiling face. |

| Teri suratka Pir Shams piyaasa Darshan daan dilaavo mere Saheb Ab teri mahobat laagi |
|
| O my Lord! Pir Shams is thirsty for (the vision of) your face. Bless me with the grace of Your Vision, O my Lord! |

Part 3: Dhikr Section:
Let us perform the dhikr of Ya Ali, Mowla Ali with utmost humility and tenderness of the heart.

Ya Ali, Mowla Ali;
O Light of Eternal Ali, O Noor Mowlana Shah Karim Al-Hussaini Hazar Imam
Al-hamdu lillahi rabbil 'alamin.
Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the worlds!
Part 4: Angelic Salwat
Let us now start presenting a nazrana of angelic salwats to our beloved NOOR Mowlana Shah Karim Al-Hussaini Hazar Imam for blessings, guidance and empowerment for the fulfillment of our noble wishes. May our beloved Noor Mowlana Hazar Imam continually keep us on the Right Path. Ameen.
