Bismillahir Rahmanir Rahim
In the name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful.

Ya Ali Madad and Ramadan Mubarak! This post for the auspicious twenty nineth night of Holy Ramadan has five parts:

  1. Gems of knowledge from Pir Pandiyat-i Jawanmardi, or "Advices of Manliness" of Imam NOOR Mowlana Shah Mustansir bi'l-laah II (a.s.);
  2. A verse of ginan composed by Pir Sadardin (r.a.);
  3. Yâ Rahmân, Yâ Rahim dhikr;
  4. Angelic salwat which is the anchor tasbi for the project; and
  5. Global Prayers and Three Grand Aspirations.

 

Part 1: Teaching of Imam NOOR Mowlana Shah Mustansir bi'l-laah II (a.s.)
In Pir Pandiyat-i Jawanmardi, Imam NOOR Mowlana Shah Mustansir bi'l-laah II (a.s.) teaches us how to develop a sound heart and be blessed with holy didar (great vision):

"The qualities of the real man are such that he has the time to do all his work. Calamities will go far from him, and his enemies will be blind. His daily bread will be plentiful, he will have success and blessing in his work which will always be successful. His children will be healthy and pious, and his house prosperous. He will always be in time to do his work, and God the All-Forgiving will help him. The help of God will mean that the mirror of his heart will not be rusty, his faith will grow stronger, and his activities will be honest, his earnings will be lawful, and it will be from lawful sources that he will spend in the way of God. His good will reach the pure spirits of the believers and faithful and pious men. Lawful earnings are not the lot of hypocrites, they will not reach the unclean spirits of such people. It is honestly earned money which will reach the blessed throne and the presence of the Lord of the time of the pious believers, — The Lord of the world will be pleased by that devotee, and he will be well and blessed. God the All-Powerful and Mighty will be satisfied with the devotee, his faith will be strong, his body and soul will be sound (rawshan). His intelligence and comprehension will be bright, and in the hereafter the Lord of the Honour will grant his great vision (didar)." (p.11)

 

Part 2: Teaching of Pir Sadardin
In the following verse from the Ginan, Nur vela nur piyo, Pir Sadardin implores to practice bandagi at the prescribed time:

Eji Nur vela nur piyo
Aa(n)hi kariyo man aanand ji
Pop vela raakho Shah Pirsu(n) sambandh ji

Tame Jaago jaago bhaida
Raiyan viyaaniya ji
Tame cheto momanbhaida
Raiyan viyaaniya ji

  
O Brother At the time of enlightenment (i.e., at Noorani time),
experience (or drink) the Light
and make your heart (soul) joyful.
At the time of the blooming (of the soul),
establish relationship with the Lord
and the Guide through Ism Azam.

O brothers! remain continuously awake
(in knowledge and remembrance) so that
the night of darkness and negligence may pass away.
O momins! be vigilant, so that the night of
darkness and negligence may pass away.

Part 3: Dhikr Section:
Let us recite the Yâ Rahmân, Yâ Rahim tasbi to appreciate the Lord's kindness and mercy upon the individual personal worlds of all human beings.

Ya Rahman, Ya Rahim
O the Most Kind and the Most Merciful Lord
of individual personal worlds of all human beings

Part 4: Angelic Salwat
Let us now start presenting a nazrana of angelic salwats to our beloved NOOR Mowlana Shah Karim Al-Hussaini Hazar Imam for blessings, guidance and empowerment for the fulfillment of our noble wishes. May our beloved Noor Mowlana Hazar Imam continually keep us on the Right Path. Ameen.

Part 5. Global Prayers and Three Grand Aspirations
Through the barakat of thirty purification gems, tasbis and angelic salwat by many individuals of the global Jamat, O Noor Mowlana Hazar Imam, bless the global Jamat with:

  1. Spiritual and luminous tayid (help) to advance materially, spiritually and intellectually;
  2. Sunshine in our spiritual hearts and actualization of the inner vision of the Truth;
  3. Empowerment to present a Material Nazrana of time, knowledge and financial resources;
  4. Empowerment to present a Spiritual Nazrana in the form of a pure heart which is in a state of constant dhikr; and
  5. Empowerment to present a Luminous Nazrana in the form of a sound heart (qalb-i salim) which is in a state of constant dhikr and enlightenment.
