Part 1: Enlightenment Teachings from the Holy Qu'ran

Part 2: An excerpt from 'A Code of Conduct—A Treatise of the Etiquette of the Fatimid Ismaili Mission'
In 'al-Risāla al-mūjaza al-kāfiya fī of Ahmad b.Ibrāhīm al-Naysbūrī has written the following gem:

"[§2] With respect to the ranking of religious matters, da'wa is at the highest level and is the most exalted and sublime position. It is what God, the Exalted, ascribed to His own self when He said: 'His is the da'wa of truth'1 and when He said: 'God issues the call (yad'û) to the abode of Islam.'2 His words indicated the nobility of the da'wa, instilling thereby the desire for it, inciting the believers and prompting them towards it so that they vie to obtain knowledge and attain its rank, rising upward until reaching its high station. God also names His Prophet a dâ'î as He did in His statement: 'Verily We sent you a witness, a bearer of good tidings, a warner and as a dâ'î on behalf of God and by His leave, a lamp spreading light.'3"
