Knowledge Section

Sincere repentance is the foundation for all our religious ceremonies because it purifies our souls, stops us from sinning, and prepares us for enlightenment. Sincere repentance is also applicable to all our actions in the material and spiritual worlds because it is tied to the whole purification process. It has to be done with conviction and persistent practice.

This dhikr track is a medley consisting of Astaghafirullahi Rabbi Wa Atubu Ilayhi tasbi with Noore Karim tauba tasbis. The tauba tasbis are derived from four Divine Names of Allah. Sincere repentance is the mechanism to return to our Creator therefore it is also appropriate to use the tasbi "Astaghafirullahi Rabbi Wa Atubu Ilayhi (Verily, I seek sincere forgiveness of Allah, who is my Lord and Sustainer, and I turn to Him in repentance)" to implement this Divine command.

Here are four out of the 99 Beautiful names of Allah pertain to the topic of forgiveness. These are:

In the firman made on December 13, 1964 in Karachi, Noor Mowlana Hazar Imam said that 'his Noor has indicated to you where and in which direction you must turn, so as to obtain spiritual and material satisfaction'. I have taken this firman to my heart and am now doing dhikrs which call on the Noor directly because in my heart, Noor Mowlana Shah Karim Al-Hussaini (a.s.) is the pillar of Light and is represented by the words 'Noore Karim' in the dhikrs. I firmly hold on to this luminous pillar in my dhikr of selected tasbis from the 99 Beautiful Names as shown in the table below.
 

Let us use a bouquet of Astaghafirullahi Rabbi Wa Atubu Ilayhi & Noore Karim Ya Ghafuur, Noore Karim Ya Ghaffar, Noore Karim Ya Tawwab, Noore Karim Ya Afuw tasbis to clear the path of our return journey to our Creator.

Through the barakat of recitation of dhikr tasbis and angelic salwat by many individuals of the global Jamat, O Noor Mowlana Hazar Imam, bless the global Jamat with:

1. Spiritual and luminous tayid (help) to advance materially, spiritually and intellectually;
2. Sunshine in our spiritual hearts and actualization of the inner vision of the Truth;
3. Empowerment to present a Material Nazrana of time, knowledge and financial resources;
4. Empowerment to present a Spiritual Nazrana in the form of a pure heart which is in a state of constant dhikr; and
